Office users and technicians
Office users are the people who sign in to the office application. Field technicians and subcontractors use the technician portal and the mobile app and are counted separately: each plan includes a number of active technicians. People you deactivate are not counted.
Currency
Prices are in US dollars and in euros. Spain and Portugal are billed in euros; the United States, Brazil, Uruguay and Colombia are billed the US dollar prices.
Taxes and billing
Plans are billed monthly. Prices do not include taxes, which depend on your country.
