Terms of service
These terms apply to every company that uses OnDispatch, from the free trial onwards. Last updated 21 September 2026.
1. Who we are
OnDispatch is provided by OnDispatch.com Inc., 801 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 20, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 ("OnDispatch", "we"). By requesting an account or using the service, your company ("you") accepts these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are entitled to do so.
2. The service
OnDispatch is web-based software for managing field service work: tickets, scheduling and dispatch, technicians and subcontractors, parts, invoicing and reports, together with a technician portal, a client portal and a mobile application for technicians. We describe on this website what the service does today. Features that we mark as available in certain countries or languages only are provided as marked.
We may improve or change the service over time. If a change removes a capability that you rely on, we will tell you in advance whenever we reasonably can.
3. Your account and your users
Your company is set up in the country you choose when you request an account, and its data is kept separate from other companies. You are responsible for the people you give access to, for keeping their sign-in details confidential, and for what is done under your accounts. Tell us at once if you believe an account has been used without authority.
You must use the service lawfully, only for your own field service business, and not attempt to access another company's data, to interfere with the service or to copy it.
4. Trial, plans, billing and taxes
New companies start with a free trial of the length stated on the pricing page. After the trial the service continues only on a paid plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown on the pricing page, by the number of active users and, on plans that say so, by usage. Prices do not include taxes, which are added as the law of your country requires.
You may change plan at any time; the change applies from the next billing period. Invoices not paid within 30 days may lead to suspension of access until payment is made. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Your data
The data you and your users enter in OnDispatch belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, to keep it secure and to meet our legal obligations, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the personal data of your customers, technicians and staff, and for informing them as the law of your country requires.
You may export your data at any time using the export functions of the service or by asking us. When your contract ends we keep your data for 90 days so that you can retrieve it, and then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available at all times, except for planned maintenance, which we schedule outside normal working hours whenever possible and announce in advance. We provide support by e-mail on working days. The service is provided as it is; we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, but we will work to correct errors that are reported to us.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending the contract
You may end your contract at any time from the end of the current billing period by telling us in writing. We may end it with 30 days' notice, or at once if you seriously breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 15 days of our notice. Section 5 applies to your data after the end.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which your company is set up in OnDispatch: the United States (Florida), Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Uruguay or Colombia, and disputes are brought before the courts of that country. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rules of your country apply in any case.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will announce material changes at least 30 days before they apply, on this page and by e-mail to your administrator. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
