Privacy and cookies
What we collect, why, for how long, and your rights. Last updated 21 September 2026.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of the personal data described in sections 2 and 3 is OnDispatch.com Inc., 801 Northpoint Parkway, Suite 20, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. For questions about your data write to services@ondispatch.com.
2. This website
These pages set no cookies, load nothing from other companies and do not track you. Our web server keeps standard access logs (the address of your connection, the page requested, the time and the browser type) for security and troubleshooting, for up to 90 days.
3. When you request an account
The request form asks for your company's name, country, trade and size, your name, your work e-mail address and telephone number. We use them to verify your e-mail address, to review your request, to contact you about it and, if it is approved, to set up your company. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep a request that is not approved for 12 months, and then delete it.
4. Data your company keeps in OnDispatch
When your company uses the service, it enters personal data about its customers, technicians, subcontractors and staff. For that data your company is the controller and we are the processor: we process it only on your instructions, to provide the service, and we do not use it for our own purposes. It is stored on servers in the United States, in a database dedicated to your country, and is accessible only to your users and to the members of our staff who need access to operate and support the service.
We use the following categories of sub-processors: hosting and infrastructure, e-mail delivery and text-message delivery. A current list is available on request. When your contract ends, your data is kept for 90 days for you to retrieve it and then deleted, unless the law requires a longer period.
5. Cookies
This website uses no cookies. The application itself, which you reach by signing in, uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in; it is deleted when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. Neither uses advertising or analytics cookies.
6. Security
Data travels encrypted between your browser and our servers. Each company's data is separated from every other company's, access requires a personal sign-in, and we keep backups so that the service can be restored after a failure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to take it with you, and to complain to your data-protection authority. In the European Union these rights come from the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); in Brazil from the General Data Protection Law (LGPD); in Uruguay from Law 18.331; in Colombia from Law 1581 of 2012; in the United States from the law of your state. To exercise them write to the address in section 1. If your data was entered in OnDispatch by a company that uses the service, we will pass your request to that company, which is responsible for answering it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced on this page and, for companies that use the service, by e-mail to their administrator.
